Aeroprakt Foxbat A22L
£0.00

Offered for sale is G-CGSX an exceptionally well presented Aeroprakt A22-L Foxbat, with the highly desirable twin yokes, in the best colour combination, with brand new permit & fully serviced ready for the flying season.

Owned by the current owner since 2021, no expense has been spared in the upkeep or improvements made to the aircraft, a recent £15,000 avionics upgrade has been furnished on the aircraft, to include standard analogue instruments, alongside a uAvionics AV30 & MGL Blaze digital engine monitor, complimented by new Trig 8.33 radio & transponder.

If you're not familiar with the Foxbat - she's powered by the reliable Rotax 912S 100HP engine, driving a ground adjustable Kiev Prop. They are an extremely competent STOL aircraft, with 2 stage flaps, comfortably operating from even the shortest farm strips (previously based at a 250m strip), I have had the aircraft off the ground in less than 100m with a light headwind solo.

The large bubble doors offer fantastic visibility, including straight down, they're bulged out to offer a massively wide cockpit, so no issues with 2 broad persons onboard. The doors can also be removed quickly & easily for those warm summer evenings enjoying the wind in your hair. For the winter months a cockpit heater is fitted.

Fitted with twin 45L wing tanks combined with the frugal fuel burn, not only is the Foxbat a STOL aircraft, but offers real range & endurance for touring, burning just 12LPH at 75mph, or cruising up to 95mph with a higher fuel burn. A baggage compartment in the rear offers space & capacity for uk to 20KG of luggage - large enough for camping equipment & luggage for 2.

The permit was renewed at the start of March, running to 05/03/26. Along with this a full airframe & engine service was carries out, so the aircraft is ready for a summer of adventure & wants for nothing.

Currently located at Nottingham Tollerton Airport, the aircraft is for sale as the owner is moving to a 4 seater.

Rans S6 912
£16,000.00

Possibly the most affordable way to get in the sky - with a fresh 12 month permit for a summer of fun!

Microlight OR Group A - Currently reg'd group A - paperwork exercise back to microlight.

For sale is my own personal Rans S6 - I’ve owned the aircraft for just over one year, it has been a stopgap aircraft to keep me in the air whilst funds were required else where.

It’s an excellent short field performer, with 3 stage flaps, currently operated from a 375m strip with plenty to spare at MTOW.

Fitted with the Rotax 912 80hp engine, the sweetest & least stressed of the Rotax line up, she cruises at 80mph with just 4000rpm, burning circa 11lph of mogas - twin 35L wing tanks give impressive range. She will of course fly faster with a higher fuel burn. Climb rate solo is 1000fpm, MTOW circa 800fpm.

Fitted with Trig 8.33 radio, trig transponder & pilot aware, along with all the usual steam gauges & RAM ball mount.

Currently registered as a group A aircraft, but a simple form filling mod to the LAA and can be registered as a microlight.

She is a taildragger, but extremely benign, easier than a Piper Cub to handle, and no worries about the nose leg on rough strips. Rans had a bad rep when they first came out, mainly due to the fact group a pilots were flying them coming straight from 172’s / PA28’s without any familiarisation, they do need rudder work!

An extremely affordable way to get in the air reliably & safely, at less than half the cost of the equivalent sky ranger, with the same engine, avionics & performance specs!
Price includes a complete spare airframe which I picked up as a parts donor for the future.

MTOW - 454kg
Empty - 260kg
Hours - 1010
Engine hours - 1070
Permit - 25/04/26
Priced to sell at £16,000 - Based on a private strip near Bromsgrove, just south of Birmingham.

Pietenpol Aircamper
£0.00

A rare opportunity to purchase a beautifully built, nearly new classic aircraft.

For the first time G-RAGS a Pietenpol Aircamper comes to market, first flown in 2005 with only 44 hours since new, it has been built and owned by the same owner, with meticulous attention to detail. G-RAGS is particularly special, as it has been built in the style of 1930’s aircraft, as opposed to the standard 1920’s look, incorporating a beautifully made rounded engine cowling, covering the electrically started Continental 0-200 engine with just 13 hours since a full recondition (and just 100hours since full overhaul), along with large faired wheels with sprung undercarriage.

With tandem open front & rear cockpits, P1 is flown from the rear seat, where there is the standard range of VFR and engine instruments, including a mounting bracket for a handheld radio. There are full controls in both cockpits, including heel brakes in both.

This is a real opportunity for the right buyer to purchase a fastidiously built & maintained aircraft, perfect for low and slow summer flights, with the ability to operate from very short strips and bound to bring plenty of attention when you arrive at your destination.

Currently hangared at Shobdon Aerodrome in Herefordshire, where the current hangarage can be taken over by the new owner, should they so wish. Transition to type training can be arranged, or ferry flights can also be arranged for the new owner if required.
